Membership to the Club is FREE

For every £100 spent on hairdressing and beauty services generates 5 points

         For every £100 spent on any retail product generates 2 points

              Points are equivalent to pound value (i.e. 1 point = £1)

Accumulation of points applies only to actual money spent on hairdressing related product and beauty services (after any discount or other promotion)
and excludes expenditure on the purchase of retail products.

Points can only be redeemed when you have the full amount of points to cover the total price of a particular service (i.e. points cannot be used to partially pay for a particular service or Kerastase Rituals)

Accumulated points can only be used to redeem hairdressing services
(not retail products or sundry items.)

            Membership and points accumulated are not transferable.

                  Points not redeemed will expire after 18 months.

            Points cannot be redeemed during the month of December.

                          Points are not redeemable for cash.

        2 Points will be deducted if you fail to show for an appointment.
